A leading main contractor is looking for a Site Secretary to join a large project in Wakefield .The successful individual will ideally have previous experience working on construction sites and be proficient in Microsoft office.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with all members of site team
* Preparing reports and collating information from team members
* Dealing with subcontractors and supply chain
* Organising inbox and department leads diary
* Assisting with timesheets
* Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project
* Greeting visitors
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documentation.
Requirements:
* Previous adminitration/secretarial experience
* Great organisational skills
* Experience within the construction industry on iste would be preferableFully conversant with Microsoft soft
* Excellent ocmmunication skills and good telephone manner
12-18 month contract on offer
