KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Warehouse Returns Operative for our client based in Crawley.

As a Warehouse Returns Operative your working hours and days are:

4 on 4 off
10:00- 22:00
The rate of pay as a Warehouse Returns Operative is:

£12.50 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Returns Operative are:

De-briefing all returning vehicles to the depot
Checking for any damages and safety issues
Communicating with Drivers regarding the daily runs and dealing with any issues
Reporting any defects
Managing VOR’s
Downloading camera footage taken from the vehicles and tacho graph machines
Liaise with our vehicle management unit, sub contractors and drivers
The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Returns Operative would need:

Good understanding of transport legalisation and logistics operation
Able tob build good relationships with people even when under pressure
Challenge any vehicle issues or damages with our drivers
Able to make decisions in the absence of the Depot Manager to drive performance and service
React quickly to information and be able to solve problems in dependtly
Good communication skills both verbally and written
Competent use of Microsoft, particularly Excel
