About the Role:
As the Registered Manager of a Children's Home, you will:
Join an experienced Care Management Team, alongside sixteen other managers, including four managing solo or dual children’s homes.
Lead a team using your experience combined with model to encourage children to develop a positive sense of self, ensuring professional standards are maintained to a high level.
Collaborate with the Therapeutic team, which provides two days a week of therapeutic support, including advice and practical tools, to support your team in delivering trauma-informed nurturing care.
Provide effective support to staff, including advice, guidance, reflective supervision, and annual appraisals. Guide your team's development through extensive specialist workforce training programs.
Work in partnership with young people, their families, friends, colleagues, and other agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each child in your care.
Collaborate with Staying Connected service for smooth transitions when a young person leaves care, benefiting from in-house support and lifelong offer.
