Duties of an Administrator
Order processing
Data administration, maintain accurate system data in SAP and excel spreadsheets
Pricing and Quotations; preparing sales quotations via SAP and over the phone while ensuring the correct pricing and discounts are applied.
Sales support: Providing administrative support to Regional Sales Managers and manage incoming sales calls
What we would like from you:
Strong administrator
Confident and professional telephone manner
Proficiency in Excel (Basic to intermediate level)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
