Our client's private hospital need passionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to be part of an exciting journey. This 21-bed psychiatric hospital supports adult males with mental health disorders, and is growing with the launch of two new therapeutic service areas.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a multi-disciplinary team

* Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families

* Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs

* Lead shifts and supervise junior staff

* Maintain professional development and contribute to team meetings
