Our client is a large print business who supply internationally and currently require a press support operative to support the printer which will be on a rotational shift pattern of earlies, lates and nights only Monday to Friday (37.5hrs). Friday late shift has an early finish of 8.30pm. They are open to an experienced press support operator or someone who is keen to learn and be a part of the team that has longevity of service. The role involves components to press, components from press and line support. Responsibility to assist in full job strip out, full line support and assisting in changing the press over, prepare all aspects to assist in achieving daily and weekly workload.

Assist on line clearance

Load into cutter unit and removal also.

Remove bespoke items from press.

Configuration change.

Load screen cassettes into press and install screen.

Load shafts into and remove from press.
