Quantity Surveyor – Gloucestershire – Regional Contractor – Up to £60,000

Walker & Sloan have partnered with a well-established regional contractor who specialise in care homes and apartment projects. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and manage the financial aspects of their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, contracts, budgets, and procurement strategies.

Manage subcontractor packages and payments.

*

Monitor project costs and financial risks.

*

Work closely with the site and project management teams.

*

Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar contracting environment.

*

Background in care homes and apartment developments.

*

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

*

Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Salary & Benefits:
