? Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of our educational team, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help
Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Helping to create and organise learning materials and resources
Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of our students

? Requirements:

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting student learning and well-being. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
