Attention Project Directors!
I am looking to speak with Senior Project Managers / Directors with proven experience in delivering mega heavy civils or large scale water treatment works 

As a crucial leadership role, you will define project scope, programme, and budget for delivery in AMP8 and be able to hang your hat on a well-recognised scheme in sunny Cornwall 

Snapshot of Duties 

Full management of the entire lifecycle of the project leading to a smooth transition into operational business
Targeted to meet the project objectives of a £100M+ project 
Develop the best procurement strategy for the project and oversee the specifications 
Manage and ensure the performance of consultants and contractors to deliver project outcomes on time, cost, and quality.
Commercially manage all contract matters to achieve the optimal outcome for the client  What do you need?

Ideally, you'll come from a water background with experience delivering projects as part of previous AMP Frameworks 

As well as this, you'll have:

Experience working for a Tier One Civil Engineering Contractor  
Minimum 3 years+ as a PD or Operational Lead
Relevant Civil Engineering Qualification - Degree or Equivalent
Project experience on Water Treatment Plants - New Build and Refurbishment
