Site Manager required for refurb and installation project in Leamington. Project value approximately £2.5 million. This is quite a technical job and Site Manager will require elements of structural alteration, electrical and transformer installation, overhaul of circuit boards and cabling, mez floor installations and make good. Project length 22 weeks. Site Manager applicants will need to demonstrate previous similar experience.

Site Manager Responsibilities & Duties:

- Control site logistics, maximise efficiencies and minimise risk

- Plan, organise, direct and control daily construction operations

- Manage project to the highest standards of safety

- Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
