Senior Commercial Asbestos Surveyor / Liverpool

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 vehicle and additional benefits + Commercial Surveying contracts

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

• Able to identify asbestos containing materials

• Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos

• Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written

• Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying

• Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set

• Have an up to date knowledge of industry guidelines.

•Experience in using Alpha Tracker, Teams or similar

Qualifications Required:

• BHOS P402 qualified or equivalent

• Experience in domestic and commercial surveying

• Full UK driving license

To be successful, you must hold the relevant asbestos certifications(P402, Asbestos Surveying) Other additional requirements include: a full UK driving license, excellent communication skills, broad knowledge of HSG264 and have the flexibility to commute and complete any out of hours work which will be required.

As an Asbestos Surveyor you will be responsible for undertaking Asbestos Surveys (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition) across a range of commercial and domestic properties. You will also be responsible for generating and submitting client reports in a timely manner and representing the company by maintaining professionalism at all times and completing all work to the clients satisfaction
