BE Recruitment are working with a leading engineering company, based in Tamworth.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Machine operator to join their existing team.

LOCATION: Tamworth
PAY RATE: £15.00

SHIFTS: Monday-Friday
WORKING TIMES:
Monday-Thursday 06:30-15:30 (50 minute unpaid break)
Friday 08:30-15:00 (20 minute unpaid break)

CNC Operator Role:

The CNC Machinist is responsible for the operation of CNC machines, including HURCO equipment, to produce high-quality components according to detailed specifications. This role involves, setting up machines, and ensuring that all production items meet the company's rigorous standards. The CNC Machinist will also provide support in material ordering and production scheduling when the CNC Specialist is unavailable, ensuring the continuity of operations and timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for the production and assembly of barriers, parts, and poles to the highest quality standards. Working to ensure that all products meet company specifications and client requirements. You will demonstrate attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

You will be paid between £15 per hour and £16 per hour dependant on experience.

This assignment will lead to a permanent role after a successful trial period for the right candidate.

Experience:

You must have at least 5 years experience of CNC Setting

You must also have at least 2 years setting experience using a HURCO machine
