Full Job Description:
As a Street Lighting Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining street lighting systems across North Wales. Working across different outdoor sites, you’ll play a crucial role in improving public lighting infrastructure. Your experience in street lighting or outdoor electrical systems will enable you to work independently and deliver high-quality results within scheduled timeframes.

Responsibilities & Activities:

* Install, maintain, and repair street lighting, traffic signals, and other outdoor electrical systems.

* Conduct inspections and testing to ensure lighting systems comply with safety regulations.

* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to maintain effective operation of lighting systems.

* Collaborate with site managers and local authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

* Complete job reports and maintain accurate records of work conducted.

* Adhere to Health and Safety standards and ensure work areas are safe and organised.

* Respond to emergency call-outs as required, providing quick and efficient solutions.

* Ensure effective use of tools and equipment to maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

* ECS Gold Card or equivalent (mandatory).

* Proven experience working with street lighting or outdoor electrical systems.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations in outdoor construction settings.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on contracting hours.

* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

* Full UK driving license required.
