Our client, based in Telford, is on the lookout for a Senior Email Executive / CRM Specialist to take ownership of their email marketing strategy, driving customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns. What Will You Be Doing?

* Owning the email marketing strategy – from planning to execution, ensuring best practices and compliance.

* Developing and executing CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue.

* Segmenting and personalising email communications based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and data insights.

* Optimising email performance through A/B testing, deliverability improvements, and creative enhancements.

* Managing automation workflows to nurture leads and re-engage lapsed customers.

* Collaborating with content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

* Analysing and reporting on key CRM and email metrics, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.

* Staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to improve email performance.

What Will You Bring to the Party?

* Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, ideally within e-commerce.

* Strong analytical mindset – you know your way around performance data and can translate insights into action.

* Expertise in ESPs (Email Service Providers) such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

* Solid understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and deliverability strategies.

* Great copywriting and content collaboration skills, ensuring emails are engaging and conversion-focused.
