Lead Dental Nurse/ Clinical Coordinator

Location: SW15

Salary: Up to £18ph DOE

Working Hours:

Full Time Mon-Fri (May consider 4 days);

Monday-Thursday 09:00-18:00 / Friday 08:00-16:30

x2 Sats on alternate weeks 09:00-13:00

Practice/ Further info:

* Private, modern practice offering general and cosmetic dentistry

* The role typically will be 2 days nursing, 1 or 2 days reception and 1 or 2 days admin & compliance

* Varied role that will suit someone looking to develop management skills

* GDC retention, Indemnity, CPDs paid

* Dentally software

Key Duties/ Ideal Characteristics:

* Able to control the clinical aspects/ CQC compliance and maintaining standards

* Possesses leadership skills in a calm and effective manner

* Able to lead by example and can train and induct new nurses

* Effective management of stock and ordering materials as necessary

* Ensure decon room is fully maintained and compliant

* Have a very good understanding of how dental equipment works and needs maintaining along with the ability to try and "fix" minor issues or arrange engineers accordingly

* Must have attention to detail and be very organised

* Have a sense of humour, remain calm under pressure and in stressful situations and have a can-do attitude
