Site Manager (Affordable Housing) - Widnes 

Site Manager - An exciting opportuntity for an experienced site manager to join a growing, privately owned, affordable housing contractor 

Duties:

Ensure site compliance by reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures on-site, ensuring all trades follow trade specifications.

Manage and support directly employed site staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.

Take full ownership of the build program, providing 4-week look-aheads, weekly reviews, and regular updates to ensure timely project completion.

Experience:

Previous site management experience, including overseeing masonry build processes and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, building regulations, and site-specific requirements.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, meet deadlines, and motivate a team effectively.

Qualifications: 

Level 4 or equivalent in a construction-based qualification, CSCS Site Manager level, and SMSTS.

First Aid at Work, Basic Scaffold Inspection, and strong working knowledge of Building Regulations.

Relevant certifications and knowledge to ensure compliance with safety and building standards.

Benefits:
