Our client is seeking a Payroll and Finance Specialist to manage payroll, financial reporting, and compliance tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible, hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll, including hours, mileage, statutory payments, and pension submissions (Sage).
* Calculate hours and create invoices for service users.
* Manage financial reconciliations and reporting using Xero.
* Produce statutory reports and liaise with HMRC on payments.
* Oversee NEST pension contributions and queries.
About You:
* Strong payroll experience (Sage essential).
* Proficient in Xero and financial reconciliations.
* Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements.
