Are you a Senior Private Sector Housing Officer looking for your next role?

A Local Authority based in Berkshire are looking for their next Senior Officer to join the team!

For this role, you'll need to:

Have an in-depth understanding of housing legislations, HHSRS and licensing schemes.
Be experienced in resolving complex housing issues.
Have experience in managing or mentoring a Private Sector Housing team within a local authority.
Extensive experience in completing HMO inspections under The Housing Act 2004.
This is a 3 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
