Job Title: Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Pay Rate: £24 - £26 Umbrella
Job Type: Contract

The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team in Camden. In this role, you will carry out a variety of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across a range of trades. Your responsibilities will span from routine reactive repairs to large-scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in both occupied and void housing properties, as well as other Council-owned premises.

Your key duties will include:

Carrying out building repairs and maintenance work to the highest standards and in accordance with current regulations and best trade practices.
Ensuring all repairs are completed 'Right First Time,' with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Delivering work on time and to agreed quality standards, with an adaptable approach to meet the needs of our tenants.
Contributing to making Camden the best place to live, work, study, and visit by ensuring that our buildings are maintained to a high standard.The Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience in building maintenance and repairs, with the following skills and qualities:

Proven experience in building repairs and maintenance, preferably within a social housing environment.
Knowledge of trade disciplines and the ability to carry out various repair works, including refurbishment and adaptations.
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants and team members.How to Apply:
