Shifts: Sunday - Thursday 3PM-12PM

About the Role

As a Front Line Manager you will oversee multiple production lines in our factory. The primary focus will be on the cuts area, which includes filleting, trimming, and other product preparations. You will have overall responsibility for managing 50-100 operatives on shift.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the team
Managing productivity, efficiency, and quality
Overseeing high volume production lines
Ensuring targets and KPIs are met

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While experience in food production is ideal, we are open to candidates from other industries. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large team, but we are also open to those who are looking to take a step up from a Team Leader position.
