We are collaborating with a fantastic forward thinking bespoke Ski & Villa brand who are now on the hunt for a vibrant, driven and experienced Luxury Ski & Villa Specialist working remotely. If you have sales experience for a Ski and/or Villa Tour Operator or have been based in resort, with strong knowledge of European Ski resorts, seeking progression and the opportunity to earn lucrative commission, we want to hear from you.
Luxury Ski & Villa Specialist Duties:
* Build friendly, professional & efficient relationships with our customer and suppliers.
* Manage and plan the customer ski trips from point of sale to return from holiday.
* Liaise between the chalet operator / supplier and the customer to ensure the
smooth organisation of all aspects of the holiday.
* Book client’s holiday requirements, including ski lift passes and lessons, restaurant bookings, airport transfers.
* Assist with website updates and amends to ensure that the site is current and
accurate.
Luxury Ski & Villa Specialist – Essential Requirements:
* Knowledge of European ski resorts and summer villa destinations is essential from a tour operator background
* Or experience of working in the ski and villa industry, and who have been previously based in a resorts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels
* Excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail
* Understanding of chalet and villa products and operations
* Language (French Spanish or German) an asset but not a must
