Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support in a supported living environment.
Promote independence and encourage engagement in daily activities.
Follow and contribute to individualised care plans.
Safely administer medication, as per care plans.
Foster positive relationships with families and healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience within a supported living environment.
Strong communication skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach to care.
