Job Title: Operations Manager,
Working in the Manufacturing of Windows, Doors & Conservatories
Northamptonshire Based Company

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 ( neg)

Working Hours for the Operations Manager are : Monday - Friday 40 Hours a week

Duties od the Operations Manager Role
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency and quality.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a culture of - we are all one team, working together.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.
The successful Operations Manager will have
Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position within a relevant industry of window and door fabrication is ideal
Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
