About the role
As an Administration Assistant you will be:

Processing daily sales production orders using Progress+ Software System and associated procedures, including processing invoices
Emailing clients with regards to order progress and assisting with planning of orders for despatch
Creating mailing labels for parcels and submitting delivery notes to clients
Preparing accurate lists for Packing Department and preparing and despatching small orders
Producing and organising work orders for the Production Department
Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from suppliers and customers
Contributing to the organisation of the office and assisting colleagues

About you
The role of Administration Assistant is ideal for someone who is highly motivated and has good attention to detail. Skills and attributes needed are:

A methodical approach to admin systems and procedures.
A good attendance and timekeeping record.
Capability to be self-organised and work within given time constraints
Ability to quickly overcome challenges and identify solutions
A good level of administrative experience and IT knowledge
Drive and energy to support a flexible and hard-working team, who all take a great pride in their work
Desire to contribute to the overall performance of the Company.
