Job Title: International Coordinator (Expatriation & Repatriation)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:
A leading funeral services group is seeking a compassionate and highly organized International Coordinator to manage the expatriation and repatriation of deceased individuals to and from other countries. This unique role involves liaising with bereaved families, making sensitive and complex arrangements, and ensuring that the process is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinating the international transportation of deceased individuals, managing the entire process from start to finish

* Liaising with bereaved families to understand their needs and providing clear guidance and support throughout

* Communicating with international agencies, embassies, and local authorities to ensure all necessary paperwork and arrangements are completed

* Managing logistics, including flights, transportation, and legal documentation

* Providing regular updates to families and ensuring that all arrangements meet their expectations

Requirements:

* Must be fluent in another language, both verbally and in writing, in addition to fluency in English

* Excellent customer service skills; experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with empathy and care
