Job Description:

TeacherActive is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Staff who are available across the summer holidays in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for childcare professionals looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and educational activities for children aged 0-5 years.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the welfare and safety of all children at all times.
Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the daily routine of the nursery, including meal times, naps, and outdoor play.

Requirements:

Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent field.
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive, caring, and flexible approach to childcare.
Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
