What does this role entail?

* Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.

* Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms.

* Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.

* Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
