We are currently recruiting for Head of Fire & Security for one of our leading clients that has been established for over 30 + years' with an excellent reputation with their clients across the country and have a growing engineering team of 30 +

They have some great growth plans outlined for 2025 and 2026 and are seeking an experienced Head of Fire and Security to help them during this time.

This role will involve overseeing the development and growth of the Fire & Security department with our plans for further expansion.

As Head of Fire and Security you will be responsible for:

* Recruiting and on-boarding new talented members to the team

* Pricing projects and overseeing them

* Driving business growth

* Conducting site surveys

* Have full ownership of the fire and security division

As Head of Fire and Security you will have:

* Previous experience in Fire & Security

* Experience in Operational Management / Project Management

* Confident on you knowledge and expertise

* ECS / IPAF / BAFE

* Full UK Driving Licence

Benefit Breakdown:

Up to £81,000PA (£100,000 OTE)

40 Hour working week
