Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Learner Assistant

Salary: £85 to £95 per day

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learner Assistant to join our team at an independent SEND school located in Bolton

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting them in their academic and personal development.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies tailored to each student's needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional well-being of students.
Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a supportive and engaging atmosphere for all learners.
Maintain open communication with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with individuals with SEN is highly desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the unique needs of learners.
Ability to adapt to various learning styles and implement diverse teaching strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and access to a car are preferred, as the school is located in Bolton.

Salary and Benefits:
