Are you an immediately available post room/facilities candidate?

What you will do:

As well as processing incoming and outgoing post you will be working closely with the reception team ensuring all of the meeting rooms are configured correctly and sufficiently stocked before each meeting.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be happy to be hands on and can pick up new processes quickly
