As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our well-established team, utilising locally sourced produce and maintaining strict portion and waste control to ensure profitability. You will collaborate closely with the senior kitchen team, manage and train junior chefs, and uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

Experience in a similar establishment or a formal restaurant setting is highly desirable for this role.
