Assembly Team Leader

We are recruiting for Assembly team leader in the Aldridge area

As a Assembly team leaderyou will need to have:

· 5+ years of experience in light assembly and production roles

· 2+ years’ experience in a team leader role

· Numeracy skills – setting and monitoring output targets - Stock counting - Capacity counting

· IT skills – emails – data input into Sage ERP systems - generating and printing labels

Details:

· Salary: 26000 per year = £13ph

· Working Hours a assembly team leader are 7:30 – 16:35 Monday – Thursday

· 7:30 – 13:00 Friday

· 39 hours standard

· Location: Aldridge

· Duration: Permanent

Role of a Assembly Team Leader:

· We are looking for someone that has been working in production as a team leader. You will be looking after a small team of 4 – 6 in the assembly area.

· You will be in charge of KPI’s

· Inputting orders

· Training staff

· Stock Control, raising purchase orders,
