Quest Employment is seeking skilled Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Drivers for a busy site in Biggleswade, with the potential to relocate to Hitchin. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with solid forklift experience looking for long-term employment in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate Counterbalance or Reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Loading and unloading goods

* Goods in: booking of pallets

* Supplying a small production plant

* General housekeeping, including sweeping the warehouse and yard

* Pre-picking sales orders

* Completing supervisor-stated work tasks

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance or Reach forklift license (essential)

* Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

* Must have own transport due to location and shift times

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

* Flexibility to work in both Biggleswade and Hitchin as needed

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

* Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00 pm
