The Role:
Campaign Commander: Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with laser focus on performance and engagement. Track every interaction, adapt, and pivot to enhance customer lifetime value.
Data Strategist: Deep-dive into customer behavior and performance metrics. Leverage data analytics to inform strategies, unearth trends, and provide insights that push growth and retention.
Email Architect: Craft and refine email marketing strategies that speak directly to the audience. Test, analyse, and optimize everything from subject lines to conversion rates.
Lifecycle Specialist: Own and optimise the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention. Ensure each touchpoint is tailored for maximum impact. What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in a CRM role, with a focus on data analysis and performance marketing.
Ability to design, implement, and refine CRM strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong grasp of email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and automation software.
Obsessed with the details. Relentless when it comes to testing, iterating, and improving.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
