Currently outsourcing all their IT needs and looking to adopt a more "in-house" solution, the successful IT Support Engineer would play a key role in the future of the business and its key IT needs and successes.

Offering full training and support, the ideal IT Support Engineer will have a good understanding but a willingness to learn and a hunger to succeed in their own careers. Working closely with the IT manager and senior management you will be responsible for pretty much, all the day-to-day running's of the office.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer who is looking to join a company where they can grow in, a company they would be willing to invest their time and effort into and in return, be given the opportunity to learn and mature on the job as they move to a more cloud based serverless architecture.

The Role

* Maintain the IT network, servers and cloud infrastructure.
* Coordinate, manage and resolve IT related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Identify user training needs and provide adequate training.

The Person

* Proven experience with a 1st or 2nd line support role.
* Willingness to learn, and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
* Passion for IT!
