CNC Recruitment is currently seeking a Factory Worker with a healthy disposition and a practical mindset to join our client in Bridgwater area, a leading company who designs and manufactures manual and automatic surface cleaning systems.

Responsibilities:

* Working at designated work stations within the factory.

* Handling materials and putting them into liquid moulds.

* Consistently stirring chemicals and maintaining quality standards.

* Placing casts into 100-degree environments and using cutting agents.

* Learning and mastering the proper mixing of chemicals.

* Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations.

* Reading and writing in English for documentation purposes.

* Following safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Experience:

* Hands-on background preferred.

* Must be in good health - individuals with asthma may not be suitable due to working with chemicals.

* Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
