About the role:
Support student progress: Assess, track, and provide feedback on student performance to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Classroom management: Create a positive and focused learning environment through effective behaviour management strategies.
Curriculum innovation: Develop and implement creative teaching methods aligned with the national curriculum to inspire a love for Maths.
Foster relationships: Build strong, supportive relationships with students to promote confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
Deliver engaging lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic Maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs and abilities.
The ideal candidate must:
Have the right to work within the UK
Have experience working within a classroom
DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
Good knowledge of the Maths curriculum
Marking and planning are compulsory with this role
Have strong classroom management skills.
A QTS or PGCE or overseas equivalent
