Maintenance Engineer (Ad-Hoc shifts)
Hourly rates: £25 - £30p/hr; outside-IR35

Multiple locations across the country

Looking for ideally electrically bias maintenance engineers wanting to pick up extra temporary work working in factories across the UK or in their local area. Great contract/temporary work opportunities for amazing clients across the country

Key responsibilities

Undertake all aspects planned preventative maintenance and suggest improvements.

*

Responsible for mechanical and electrical fault finding. Responsible for electrical and mechanical repairs.

*

Ensure effective, timely incident/accident reporting.

*

Ensure effective time management/prioritisation of workload

Required qualifications

*

City and Guilds, equivalent education (NVQ) or recognised apprenticeship (ideally Electrically biased)

*

Engineering experience in a similar operation including parcel handling, FMCG/manufacturing.

*

Inverter drives, SCADA control, profibus, Asi, PC/PLC control would be advantageous.

*

UK drivers license
