Senior Residential Childcare Worker

What you’ll do:
* Provide care, guidance, and support to young people in a residential setting.
* You will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and well-being of each child while providing guidance and support to all residential care staff.
* Help create a positive and structured environment that fosters growth and development.
* Work collaboratively to support your team, ensuring the highest standard of care and safety.
* Your commitment to making a positive impact will involve supervising staff, leading shifts, implementing placement plans, adhering to policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, managing rotas, and supporting educational needs.
* Engage in a flexible rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and sleep-ins.
What we’re looking for:
* Commitment: Ability to work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
* Driver’s License: A full UK manual driver’s license is required.
* Qualifications: Candidates must have their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce. You must also have at least 2 years of experience within residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
