Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and age-appropriate lessons that promote the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

* Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.

* Monitor and support children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met through differentiated learning activities.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the development and wellbeing of every child.

* Promote the school’s values, safeguarding policies, and high standards of behaviour.

* Contribute to school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

* A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in EYFS or a strong desire to work in Early Years education.

* Passionate about providing a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children.

* Ability to plan and deliver exciting learning activities that encourage curiosity and independence.

* Excellent communication skills and a team player.

* A commitment to continuous professional development and improving practice.

* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
