About Us:
Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers, operates under brands like Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow + Rock. We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our South East Region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support: Assist the Regional Manager with coaching and development of store teams.

* Lead Projects: Drive region-specific projects and initiatives.

* Cover: Step in for Regional and Store Managers as needed.

* Ensure Compliance: Oversee operations, including financials, stock, and people policies.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: Proven retail management in a multi-site environment, ideally with outdoor, apparel, or footwear experience.

* Skills: Strong background in KPIs, budgeting, and team development.
