4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a high-end residential main contractor, with projects based in Central London. You will be working under a Project Manager but must have the ability to run high-end residential projects independently, as you will be overseeing two projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Proven experience running high-end residential projects independently
Ability to oversee two projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and site management skills
Trade background (carpentry, joinery, or similar preferred)
Valid First Aid certification
Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and quality control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, architects, and project teams

Responsibilities:

Oversee two high-end residential projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Work under the Project Manager while maintaining independent responsibility for site activities
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct quality control checks to ensure premium finishes and client expectations are met
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders
Handle on-site problem-solving and proactively address challenges as they arise
