Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial analysis and operational efficiency? My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Coventry. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive cost-saving initiatives, and provide insightful financial analysis that shapes business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Conducting in-depth operational and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
✔ Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and improve business processes.
✔ Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
✔ Monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights to leadership.
✔ Preparing financial reports and presentations, highlighting performance trends and improvement areas.
✔ Implementing and tracking cost-control measures.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in financial planning & analysis or operational finance.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
✔ Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
✔ Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
✔ A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
