Job Title: Housing Options Advisor (Temp position – 3 month assignment)

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £28 - £30 per hour (Umbrella - inside IR35)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housing Options Advisor on behalf of our client. This hybrid role requires a proactive and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in housing advice, casework, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll work with a dedicated team to support individuals in housing need and contribute to effective housing solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and support in line with Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996.
* Handle complex housing cases, including negotiations with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
* Produce clear and accurate statutory decision letters.
* Manage a diverse caseload effectively, demonstrating autonomy and strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996.
* Experience in housing advice and casework, including stakeholder negotiation.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce concise statutory decision letters.
* Independent working capability with efficient caseload management.
