Chichester College have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Quality Analyst at our Crawley campus. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of pro rata of £33,526 - £36,639 per annum (i.e. £10,873.30 - £11,882.92), plus pro rata of £610.08 Crawley Weighting Allowance per annum (i.e. £197.86).

Our Quality Analyst role is a great opportunity to work in an exciting department in a fantastic College Group. Our Quality Analyst role is suitable for someone who is keen to progress and develop in an interesting administrative and analyst role.
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential as is the ability to analyse and report on statistical information.
As our Quality Analyst, you will support quality improvement across the Chichester College Group by providing administrative, analytical and project co-ordination support to the Director of Quality. Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Teams is essential. You will be a team player and be able to support a diverse range of people, with an ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing.
You will play an important part in our Quality team and be passionate about seeing those in education succeed.
Key Responsibilities of our Quality Analyst:
To support the Vice Principal of Quality in the co-ordination of the CCG’s quality improvement systems and processes
To work in partnership with the MIS team to provide accurate timely data
To update CQS and CSpace as required
To analyse and evaluate information and data as required and make the necessary observations, recommendations and judgements
To co-ordinate and analyse all available College data and report on areas where there are any achievement gaps
To design and develop appropriate templates for the collection of quantitative and qualitative data
To source and monitor all awarding body communications
Maintain functional links with sub-contractors to ensure that the offer meets the Group’s quality assurance requirements
Coordinate CCG’s complaints procedure, including reporting
To issue, monitor and analyse learner and customer surveys, providing reports, as required
Our ideal Quality Analyst should have the below skills and experience:
Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
Level 2 literacy or numeracy or willingness to work towards these qualifications within 2 years
Knowledge of the FE sector and quality assurance processes with the sector
Experience in analysing and reporting on statistical information
Experience in coordination or supervision of systems, processes and people
Proven IT skills
