Calling all Maths Teachers!

We are currently looking for a Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Newcastle area. For this job, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths to students in KS3-5, and will be expected to deliver engaging and informative lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Your new role

- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students in KS3-5
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required

What you'll need to succeed

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths to students in KS3-5
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
