Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? Monday Matters is working with a reputable and well-established main car dealership in Broadstairs, Kent, to find a Car Sales Executive - and the best part? No prior automotive sales experience is required!

This is an incredible opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales, customer service, or retail who are eager to transition into the exciting world of car sales. Full training will be provided, giving you all the tools you need to succeed in this fast-paced and rewarding industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.

Conducting test drives and providing engaging vehicle presentations.

*

Learning about the dealership’s stock and latest promotions.

*

Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a fantastic buying experience.

*

Negotiating sales and finance options to close deals successfully.

*

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

*

Participating in dealership events and marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service—automotive experience is not required!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

A results-driven approach with strong negotiation abilities.

*

Confidence in building rapport and understanding customer needs.

*

A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a passion for hitting targets.

Full UK driving license required.
