Overview

Drive project success by supporting every phase of development—from identifying potential sites to handing over completed projects.
Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound.
Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.

? What You Need:

A degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in property development, real estate, or construction is a plus.

Salary subject to experience £25K - £35K per annum plus excellent benefits
