Job Title: Technical Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Looking to be proactive and work extensively on cloud projects?

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join a successful Managed Service Provider in Newcastle. You will be joining a boutique MSP with a well established client base over 15 years.

As a Technical Consultant, you will work regularly on client projects such as Office 365 / Azure Cloud migrations as well as network infrastructure upgrades. This in addition to escalated tickets from the service desk team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Managed Services

* Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware

* Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing - Office 365, Azure

* Experience with Networking

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
