Boden Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer for a Social Housing provider based in Birmingham.
The role will be a mix of office and site based, so it would be beneficial to be a driver with your own vehicle.
The role will consist of the following;
- Calling around customers / tenants and booking in surveys
- Finding out the customers requirements & preferences, making note and logging information.
- Visiting tenanted properties
- Providing strong customer service both face to face and over the phone.
This role requires someone with a strong customer service background, social housing is not essential for this role, we are open to considering all backgrounds with a proven record of admin & CS skills.
Experience with excel would be beneficial.
Must be well organised and able to prioritise a diary.
Able to drive.
Hours - 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Pay - £19 per hour temp, around 25k starting perm salary
